Nikwax Tech Wash Agent for washing membranes 

Professional detergent for washing membrane fabrics. Maintains the water-repellent and breathable properties of fabrics without damaging the DWR treatment, and does not change the properties of synthetic fillers, if any, are present in the construction of the product. When undiluted, Nikwax Tech Wash can remove even stubborn and old stains, as well as the unfortunate effects of washing with conventional powders.

It is not a chemical detergent in the usual sense, but is a natural "liquid soap" decomposed by microorganisms and does not contain fluorocarbons, which makes it extremely safe for the environment and humans.

Usage Nikwax Tech Wash
For difficult stains, use undiluted Tech Wash and a sponge or nylon soft brush. Remove all parts that cannot be washed before washing. Shake well before use and follow the instructions:
1. Washing in a washing machine:
Remove detergent residue from detergent dispenser;
Do not wash more than two items at the same time;
Use 2 full caps (100 ml) per two articles of clothing. In regions with hard water, add 3 full caps (150 ml);
Do not violate the instructions on the garment label.
2. Hand washing:
Should be done with rubber gloves only;
Soak the garment in a container or basin of warm water;
Use 2 full caps (100 ml) per two articles of clothing. In regions with hard water, use 3 full caps (150 ml);
Rinse-washed clothes three times in clean water.
3. Drying:
Dry outdoors or in a dryer at a low temperature if instructions on the garment label allow.

Nikwax Wash-in Water-repellent impregnation for waterproof clothing 

Waterproof impregnation for membranes in the form of a shampoo gives water-repellent properties to Gore-tex, Sympatex and breathable nylon fabrics.

Peculiarities:

- the impregnation adheres to the fabric much better than spray-type impregnations

- gives/returns water repellency and restores breathability

- extends the lifespan and optimizes the water-repellent and heat-insulating qualities of clothing

- can be used when washing in a washing machine without spinning

- does not change the appearance of clothing

- water-based — environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non-flammable, non-hazardous to health

- does not contain fluorocarbons

Mode of application Nikwax Wash-In

For best results, remove all non-washable parts and always clean items first with Nikwax Tech Wash® in a separate wash cycle. There is no need to dry clothes before impregnation. Shake well before use. Follow the instructions on the care label.

Machine wash*

Remove any remaining detergent from the washing machine dispenser.

Put no more than 2 clean items in the washing machine.

Use 2 caps of impregnation (100 ml) per item.

Run the Synthetics cycle at 30°C with a slow spin.

*Do not machine wash if taped seams have come apart.

Hand Wash

Use gloves

Load 1 clean garment into 6 liters of hot water.

Add 1 cap (50 ml) of impregnation.

Stir, leave for 5-10 minutes, then mix thoroughly.

Rinse with cold water until water runs clear

Air dry or tumble dry at low temperature if indicated on the care label.
