The GRAD PCU Level 7 jacket is a garment for harsh winter conditions.
The PCU (Protective Combat Uniform) system was developed for the US Special Operations Forces as a garment that is divided into a layer system. It provides comfortable wear and comfort to users. The system replaces the ECWCS general military kit, which has a more simplified fabric and cut.
The top layer of the jacket is made of special NEOFLEX nylon, which stretches in four directions, is made of micro ripstop technology and has a very high resistance to tearing. The fabric is resistant to abrasion, breathes very well and is impervious to moisture, wind and dry snow.
The lining fabric has a special mixture of graphene in its composition, which preserves and distributes heat. The main insulation is G-Loft. The jacket sells with a compression bag. The jacket easily compresses without damaging the properties of the material.
The jacket is equipped with a high stand collar and a hood with shock cords for optimal heat retention. The hood can be hidden.
The central zip is protected by a windbreaker. There are velcro panels on the chest. Waterproof pockets are located on both sides.
The sleeves are reinforced with an insert from the elbow and below. The cuffs with sewn-in elastic bands can be adjusted to the wrists with Velcro.
Inside there are two large mesh pockets.
The bottom edge of the jacket is tightened with shock cords.
A pouch for transport and storage is included.
