US NAVY Type III Gore-Tex Parka jacket from the APEC US Navy Working Uniform Type 3.
The jacket is the result of years of research and testing, adapted to the needs of the US Navy. It was designed to provide maximum protection during military operations at sea and in degraded climates.
The main difference between Navy jackets and others is the ability to strap on a fleece jacket as an underbelly.
One of the key features of this parka is the use of advanced Gore-Tex technology, which guarantees maximum waterproof and windproof properties. The membrane also maintains reliable protection for a long time, even after exposure to harsh pollutants like JP-8, DETA, oil, oils, grease. Seams are additionally taped for water resistance.
A stand-up collar with a folding hood protects the head from precipitation and wind. The insulated design of the parka provides effective insulation even in the coldest conditions. You can enjoy warmth and comfort without losing manoeuvrability.
The jacket is equipped with a number of functional pockets that provide convenience in storing various items. There are 4 pockets on the front: 2 on the chest and 2 on the bottom, which have elastic bands to pull the jacket down at the waist. There are also angled pockets for better access at the shoulders. Large and practical, they become an essential piece of your everyday outdoor gear.
There are zipped vents under the arms.
The cuffs are fastened with Velcro fasteners.

Care
Do not dry clean. Machine or hand wash with mild detergent, do not use fabric softener or bleach, rinse thoroughly; tumble dry medium/low heat. No ironing required.
