Hothands Insole Foot Warmers are disposable chemical warmers that are designed for use inside shoes. It provides foot heating for up to 9 hours. Heating occurs through contact with air. Maximum temperature can reach 43°C (109°F) 15–30 minutes after opening the sealed packet.

Instructions for use
- Warmers are intended for use only in an oxygen restricted environment such as shoes.
- Check skin for irritations and cuts before, during and after using the heating pad.
- Open the sealed individual bag immediately before use.
- Peel the paper backing off the warmer and stick the insole with the adhesive side on the bottom of the sock, then put the shoe on immediately. Attention! The insoles do NOT need to be kneaded or shaken!
- The maximum temperature is reached after 15–30 minutes.
- Dispose of with normal garbage after use.
