The Otis Pistol Cleaning Kit is specially designed for 9mm pistols. Designed for thorough cleaning even without disassembling the weapon. Supplied in a plastic container.
Kit composition:
- 100% cotton 3” panoply patches (10);
- 8” aircraft grade Memory-Flex® cable for proper Breech-to-Muzzle® cleaning (permanently affixed with slotted tip);
- 9mm bronze bore brush and bore mop with size marked on brush stem;
- short AP brush — provides a more aggressive cleaning, removes fresh carbon and gunpowder residues, but does not scratch the coating of the weapon;
- end brush — used to lubricate the guides, and its bristles are stiff enough to clean dust from soot and other loose debris;
- pistol obstruction remover — used to knock out interference from the barrel and clean it from dirt, snow or stuck cartridges;
- brass scraper — for cleaning carbon deposits and other debris from the surface of the shutter, guides or any other flat surface of the weapon;
- straight & bent picks — for cleaning narrow slots and locking ledges;
- rod handle — used as a handle, connecting with any Otis tools with 8-32 threads to increase the length during fine cleaning;
- pin punch — used to fully push the pins through the frame;
- T-shaped plastic handle — Memory-Flex cable is fixed in it for additional comfort;
- reflector / chamber flag — allows you to mark an empty camera to make sure it is safe;
- Shooter's Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite®P, 0.5 fl oz / 14.7 ml;
- cleaning instructions in English.
