The Pelican 1700 case fully meets the stringent requirements for military items. As practice has shown, the case can be used in almost any climate, be it a desert or regions where high air humidity is recorded (temperature range: -40 ° C ~ 99 ° C).
Durable impact-resistant, lightweight HPX® polymer housing is highly stress-resistant. The case retains its operational properties when dropped, hit, or exposed to UV radiation. At the same time, the equipment that is stored in it will remain safe.
A neoprene O-ring attached to the perimeter of the lid is dust and water resistant. Sealing is IP-67 certified. An atmospheric valve is integrated to equalize the pressure.
The case is transported using the side carry handle or the end handle for transportation on two wheels. Four ABS plastic locks are securely closed and remain closed when the case falls.
The case design provides holes with stainless steel padlocks for padlocks. All hinges and latches are protected from impact by stiffening ribs.
In the middle there is a foam filler, in which you can cut out a contour for a specific product carried in a case.
