We repair problems with the electronic part of the device. More often such failures occur after getting under the case of liquid, in the case of vibration loads, mechanical shocks or falling from a height. In most cases we do NOT replace the housing and components of the device.
The possibility of repairing each individual device is determined individually after a conversation with a manager.
Stages of order fulfillment on repair

You make a request for repair in one of the ways convenient for you:

Make an order through the site, selecting the payment type "Cash on Delivery".

The manager contacts you to clarify the details of the order (when ordering through the site).

You send us the device:

Through the delivery service of Nova Poshta (the cost of delivery is paid by the customer).

Bring it to the Punisher store (if you are located in Zaporozhye) at the address: Zaporozhye, Soborny Ave., 228.

Our specialist makes diagnostics of the device, estimates the cost and time of repair.

Manager calls you to agree on the final amount and time of repair.

We send you the repaired device.

You check the device at the post office and then pay for the order:

The amount of cash on delivery (estimated value of the order) is equal to the cost of diagnostics and repair.

The cost of delivery and commission for the service "Cash on Delivery" is paid by the customer.

Payment can be also made using the bank account details (ask your manager for details).

All questions about the possibility of repair and replacement of components are solved individually after communication with the manager.

The minimum cost of diagnostics and repair is indicated on the site. The final price may increase depending on the complexity of repair.

The minimum repair time is 2–5 working days and can be increased for individual cases.

The cost of round-trip delivery of the device, as well as the commission for cash on delivery is paid by the customer.
