We carry out diagnostics and repair of tactical headsets and shooting earmuffs, as well as remodeling of PTT buttons to military standards. We accept orders from all the territories of Ukraine, where Nova Poshta works.
Common problems with headsets, which we are addressed with:

Diagnostics and repair of earmuffs and headsets:

Cleaning and restoration of contacts after liquid or debris.

Repair or replace the cable (between the cups, from the cup to the plug).

Plug repair or replacement.

Speakers or active microphones repair or replacement.

Battery compartment repair.

Replacement of the cup housing (if a donor is available).

PTT button remodeling for Motorola DP4400 radio.

Remodeling Nacre, Silynx, Invisio headsets under the Motorola DP4400 radio.

Peltor headset modification: soldering of military jack into earphones design, allowing to connect them to PTT button and radio station.

Stages of order fulfillment on repair

You make a request for repair in one of the ways convenient for you:

Make an order through the site, selecting the payment type "Cash on Delivery".

You send us the device:

Through the delivery service of Nova Poshta (the cost of delivery is paid by the customer).

Bring it to the Punisher store (if you are located in Zaporizhzhia) at the address: Zaporizhzhia, Soborny Ave., 228.

Our specialist makes diagnostics of the device, estimates the cost and time of repair.

Manager calls you to agree on the final amount and time of repair.

We send you the repaired device.

You check the device at the post office and then pay for the order:

The amount of cash on delivery (estimated value of the order) is equal to the cost of diagnostics and repair.

The cost of delivery and commission for the service "Cash on Delivery" is paid by the customer.

Payment can be also made using the bank account details (ask your manager for details).

All questions about the possibility of repair and replacement of components are solved individually after communication with the manager.

The minimum cost of diagnostics and repair is indicated on the site. The final price may increase depending on the complexity of repair and required components.

The minimum repair time is 2–5 working days and can be increased for individual cases or complexity of ordering components.

The cost of round-trip delivery of the device, as well as the commission for cash on delivery is paid by the customer.
