The M-9 Traction Medical Backpack was specifically designed under the direction of a Level 1 paramedic who had experience as an 18D Special Operations Medic.
This backpack with a very slim profile is designed for medics to be able to perform emergency operations on vehicles and aircraft, i.e. where there is little space.
The backpack has 2 zippered compartments. The upper compartment has 4 mesh pockets and a panel with rubber bands for attaching medical instruments. The lower compartment is equipped with eyelets for water drainage. Despite the external compactness, the backpack fits all the necessary medicines and tools. The standard kit is recommended to include:

Of course, the kit can be completed at your discretion (medical instruments are not included). The backpack, in turn, provides comfortable and secure storage, transportation, and quick access to the gear via an external pocket.
To top it all off, the backpack is equipped with removable straps and has four carrying options:
First, on the shoulders, either behind your back or in front of you, thanks to the padded straps;
Secondly, the backpack is equipped with straps on fasteners for attaching it to a bulletproof vest or another backpack;
A third option is to carry it like a gym bag on one shoulder;
The fourth proposed method involves carrying it by holding it by the handle at the top.
