The ORC Ind PCU level 7 pants are highly specialised garments designed for extremely cold conditions. They are part of the PCU (Polar Clothing System) multilayer clothing system, widely used by the military and other specialists.
Excellent for expedition travel, mountaineering and hiking in cold climates. The product is characterised by high durability and thermoregulation.
The model is made of water-resistant Epic outer fabric and PrimaLoft® Sport Thermal insulation. The material does not get wet because its fibres are silicone-treated. It is breathable and soft, dries quickly and retains heat even when wet.
It has a low weight and high compression. The pants have an elastic waist with loops for suspenders and the ability to adjust, side zippers along the entire length, making it easy to put on without removing shoes. Provides protection and warmth from the elements during static operations, retaining heat even when wet.
In combination with layers L1, L2, L3, and L5 allow to be in frost down to -40°C, in a sedentary state.
