US Army Uniform - ACUpat (UCP - Universal Camouflage Pattern)
Army Combat Uniform (ACU) is a modern uniform of the US Army.
It received the three-letter name by analogy with her predecessors
of BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) and DCU (Desert Camouflage Uniform).
It was presented to the public in June 2004. It has became the first BDU replacement since 1981,
and at the moment all (well, or almost all) units of the American army are already dressed in it.
Uniform coat has following items:
Collar band with Velcro fastener.
Velcro fastener on chest and shoulder pockets for attaching patches and stripes.
2 tilted pockets on the chest of the jacket with velcro.
On the left sleeve - a pocket for 3 pencils/ball pens.
Velcro adjustable cuffs.
Pants have following items:
2 deep mortise trouser pockets.
2 bulky pockets with drainage at the hips with flaps deployed with velcro.
2 mortise back pockets with flap buttons.
2 calf pockets with velcro flaps.
FR marking is on the left thigh pocket flap.
Leg cuffs are adjustable in volume with cords.
The belt of trousers is regulated on volume by a cord.
