LiitoKala Lii 500 Engineer is a universal charger with functions of charging, discharging, testing and measuring the internal resistance of batteries. Also in this model of the charger there is a Power Bank function with which you can use the Lii-500 as an external battery for charging phones, smartphones, tablets, etc. The Liitokala Lii-500 charger is an older model of LiitoKala Lii-300 and differs from the latter the presence of 4 independent channels (in Lii-300 2 channels). The Liitokala Lii-500 charger can charge almost all types of cylindrical batteries (Li-Ion, Ni-Mh and Ni-Cd). Thanks to 4 independent channels, you can set the operating mode for each battery separately, as well as receive information about each battery (capacity value, voltage, internal resistance, charge level).

LiitoKala Lii 500 Engineer charger functions:

Charge - charging the batteries with the selected current in automatic mode. You can charge batteries with 500 mA or 1000 mA. The charge current can be set separately for each channel.

Discharge is a function that allows you to completely discharge the batteries before charging to reduce the memory effect.

Test (Nor Test) - this function allows you to measure the real capacity of Ni-Mh, Ni-Cd and Li-Ion batteries when the battery is discharged (the capacity that the battery gives up during the discharge process). When choosing the Nor Test function, the charger will first completely discharge the battery, then fully charge it and again completely discharge it with the measurement of the capacity (which will be displayed on the screen). At the end of the Nor Test process, the batteries will be fully charged again.

Fast test - measurement of the battery capacity when charging (the capacity that the battery receives from the charger during charging). Fast test mode allows you to measure capacity faster than Nor test mode. In the Fast test mode, the charger first completely discharges the batteries, and then fully discharges it, measuring the capacity.

Power Bank function - the ability to use the charger in conjunction with Li-ion batteries as an external battery for various devices.
