Купляв у цьому магазині ці окуляри. Самі окуляри нормальні. Якщо б не одне але. Прийшли дуже добре запаковані. Після відкриття побачив на окулярах дуже сильну подряпину. Описавши ситуацію менеджеру мені була дана відповідь, що нам дуже шкода але ми нічого не будемо робити - це проблема нової пошти. Не дуже собі клаєнтоорієнтовність, але буде мені наука. Ніколи не замовляти нічого по передоплаті, а також із цього магазину. гарного дня.

Рябенко Євген Павлович, доброго дня! Ознайомились з Вашою ситуацією. Але вам дійсно був відправлений не пошкоджений товар. На жаль, навіть якщо товар повністю сплачений - це не застраховує його він можливих пошкоджень при перевезенні. Тому краще завжди перевіряти товар на пошті. Нам шкода, що трапилась така негативна ситуація.
