Armed protesters marched in the state of Georgia in Stone Mountain State Park on Saturday to demand the removal of one of the country's largest confederate monuments.

A group calling itself Not F *** in Around Coalition (NFAC) has also challenged extreme right-wing groups like Boogaloo Bois and Three Percenters to meet with them on Independence Day. A huge quartz Confederate monument near Atlanta, Georgia, features carvings by Robert Lee, Jefferson Davis and Thomas J. Jackson's "Stone Wall". The site is the infamous meeting place for the Ku Klux Klan, which was "reborn" on Stone Mountain in 1915.
Park officials said the protest, which was attended by about 200 people, was peaceful, adding that they respect the First Amendment right to gather in the state park.
