Accumulative Discount Program
Customers of our online store can join the Accumulative Discount Program and receive discounts based on activity and purchase amounts.
Terms of Participation

You can become a program participant during registration on the website.

To earn bonuses and discounts, orders must be placed through a personal account. Orders made without logging in will not be counted.

Only one account per participant can be registered.

The program is accumulative, and after reaching certain purchase thresholds, participants receive discounts according to the following scale:

Accumulated from 5,000 UAH — 3%

Accumulated from 10,000 UAH — 5%

Accumulated over 20,000 UAH — 7%

Accumulated over 100,000 UAH — 10%

Discounts and accumulated amounts are applied only to registered users.

Discount recalculation occurs with each subsequent purchase.

Discounts are not applied to Helikon-Tex/Pentagon, Dobermans products, sale items, or other promotional offers.

Discount is not available on gift certificates.

Gifts under the discount program: if a product comes with a gift, no discount is applied to the product itself.

When returning an item under the program, the accumulated amount and discount are reduced according to the value of the returned product.

If access to your personal account is lost, use the "Forgot Password?" button. To restore access, you must have access to the email used for registration.

If inaccurate information is provided or outdated information is not updated in time, the participant is responsible for any consequences. Information can be updated in the account settings.

The company reserves the right to change the program conditions at any time without prior notice.
