Parachute rubber bands from the very beginning were designed to fix parachute straps. Over time, after evaluating their functionality, rubber bands began to be used by the military.

Nowadays, the use of this simple accessory is limited only by the imagination of its owner, because it finds its application everywhere. Below are the most common ways to use tactical rubber bands.

Hydration systems

Hydrator tubes are passed through special holes in tactical backpacks. However, these tubes often dangle carelessly and can catch on other equipment. The hydrator tube fixed with an elastic band on the backpack strap will save you from unnecessary trouble and distractions from combat tasks.

Headphone cables

Cables of PTT buttons, as well as other headset wires, can be fixed on the helmet or plate carrier with an elastic band, hooking it to MOLLE. In this position, they will not dangle and interfere with the mission.

MOLLE straps

Surplus straps of the MOLLE system and straps that regulate the length of the straps of a backpack or bag should be wound and fixed with an elastic band so that they do not catch on surrounding objects.

Chemical light sticks

With the help of rubber bands, chemical light sticks will be conveniently attached to tree branches, mesh fences, hooks and MOLLE slots.

An alternative to pouches

Placed on a plate carrier or a backpack strap, critical equipment will always be at hand, even in the absence of a corresponding pouch.

With the help of these rubber bands, you can attach light oversized equipment to any surface with MOLLE slots. It can be a tourniquet, scissors, a knife or a flashlight.

Airsoft

In airsoft, most often, flashlights or helmet strobes are fixed with parachute rubber bands. In addition, other equipment can be fixed with rubber bands: dummies of flashlights, chemical light sticks or walkie-talkies, etc.

Reliable grip

To prevent items from slipping out of your hands, you can wrap them with rubber bands. Thus, you can equip a walkie-talkie, magazines, a fire handle or a touristic mug with an elastic band.

Folding things from fabric

Another way to use the product is to fix and neatly store folded towels, shemaghs or flags when they are not in use.
